The villa has a comfortable bright and spacious living room with an open fireplace, flat-screen TV with international channels and direct access to the covered terrace. The terrace is west-facing with a magnificent countryside view and you can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun go down in the evening. There is a gas fired BBQ if you wish to dine al fresco and a fully equipped kitchen and dining room for all your needs. A back kitchen also has an additional American sized fridge and a washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor you will find 3 ensuite bedrooms (2 doubles and a single) and on the second floor a double and single bedroom with a shared bathroom. The single room has an additional pull out bed if required. The villa also has air-conditioning, private parking, internet, alarm, DVD player, CD player and an icemaker. If that’s not enough, to top it off, there is a fabulous infinity swimming pool with breath taking views, surrounded by a patio and lawned garden and complete with sun loungers and parasols.
