When you book with us, you have a multi-lingual team on hand 24/7 in the event of any emergency during your stay. We will liaise with the emergency services for you so that you can relax safe in the knowledge that you have a professional backup team to help you in any potentially stressful situation.
This beautiful, stone bastide is situated just below old town Mougins. Its beautiful gardens include a private swimming pool lined with sunloungers, private seating and dining areas with outdoor sofas in the shade of parasols and palm trees with stunning views out over Cannes and the Bay of Cannes.
There is also a private boules pitch and tennis court. Parking is available for a total of eight cars. The living area is open-plan with the dining area and includes double sofas, a feature monumental fireplace and a dining area seating up to eight guests. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, includes all kitchen utensils and tableware and has direct access to the breakfast terrace.
There are a total of four bedrooms in the main house. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king-sized bed, private balcony access, air-conditioning and a full en suite bathroom and dressing room. The second bedroom is located on the entrance floor. This is a lovely double room with an en suite shower room and access to the garden terrace. The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the entrance floor, one double and one king-sized. Both have garden terrace access and share a separate bathroom. The fifth bedroom is separate from the main house and is located on the lower floor with independent access, a king-sized bed and an en suite shower room.

Mougins is a town located in the heights of Cannes in the district of Grasse in the Alpes-Maritime department of south eastern France. The town is surrounded by abundant natural features such as the Valmasque Forest, the Prealpes and views of the Iles de Lerins and the Bay of Cannes.
The town of Mougins is very charming with its narrow, winding streets, colourful climbing plants and ancient, restored houses.
