The villa has an elegant, Provencal, comtemporary style as well as Wifi access, is fully air-conditioned and has parking for up to three cars.
The living area is open-plan with the dining area and incudes ample comfortable seating around the coffee table, a log fireplace, a piano and is furnished with French antiques. The dining area leads out onto the shaded outdoor dining area with a second dining table and lounge area. The modern, fully fitted kitchen is very spacious and is the central meeting point of the villa.

There are a total of four bedrooms; the master bedroom with an ensuite and dressing area, two doublerooms, both on the ground level with ensuite bathrooms, and a final doubleroom located in the seperate studio which has a large, ensuite bathroom and a seperate, open-plan living/dining area with a corner kitchen and direct garden access.

Mougins is an ancient, Provencal village located in the heights above Cannes within the district of Grasse in the Alpes-Maritime department of south eastern France. Filled with narrow, centrally winding streets, pavement cafes, beautifully restored ancient houses and climbing plants, Mougins has charm, character and has stunning view of Cannes, the Bay of Cannes, the Iles des Lerins and the Valmasque Forest.
