Villa Mougins is a beautifully decorated, air-conditioned family villa. This bright, spacious and cosy villa has views onto the Golf Country Club of Cannes-Mougins which is just a short walk away. The villa has an open-plan living/dining area stylishly decorated in white with a large porte-fenêtre leading onto the patio and garden area.
The villa has five bedrooms (four doublerooms and one twinroom). Three of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the other two rooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom also has an ensuite dressing room and satellite television. Four of the bedrooms have access directly into the garden.

The garden has a wonderful, flat, manicured lawn with a boules pitch, a putting hole and table tennis. Adjacent to the boules pitch there is a summer kitchen and BBQ area for outdoor dining. There is a large heated swimming pool with a paddle area for small children and sun loungers and parasols are provided next to the pool on the patio. This gated property also has parking for up to four cars.
Villa Mougins is perfectly located for exploring the Côte d’Azur and especially for those who want to play one of the “must play” golf courses of the south of France. The villa is ideal for families and the children won’t get bored with a large garden to play in, shallow pool area for smaller children, boules, table tennis and the putting hole. The villa also has internet and satellite television. Villa Blanche Mougins is located just a five minutes drive from Mougins old town and opposite the Cannes-Mougins Golf Country Club. It is close to a bakery and small grocery store. It is only 5 minutes to the A8 motorway and just over 20 minutes from Nice airport making this an extremely convenient location for exploring the Cote d’Azur.
From Mougins you can get to Cannes in 15 minutes, Antibes in 25 minutes, Nice in half an hour, Monaco in three quarters of an hour and St. Tropez in just over an hour. Mougins itself is set amongst beautiful pine, olive and cypress trees and set on a height with panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes and surrounded by Valmasque Forest which covers over 427 hectares.
Mougins has 2 golf courses, tennis, squash, horse racing, swimming and over 40 restaurants and 20 galleries and art studios. This pretty medieval town is famous for its gourmet restaurants and cookery school. Mougins holds its International Festival of Gastronomy in September.
