Mougins Villa Provençal is a wonderful family villa full of character and child friendly. Although this is a small villa, it is complemented by amazing high ceilings to give that feeling of extra space and the living room leads onto a large shaded patio area with comfortable seating for relaxing and dining al fresco.
There is a second shaded area by the pool with comfortable beds for reading or lounging in the sun. There are also sunloungers and tables by the pool and the manicured lawned garden where children can play also has a large trampoline with a safety net.
The villa has a fully equipped American style kitchen which overlooks the open-plan lounge / dining area and has wooden floors running throughout. The living room has comfortable armchairs and an open fireplace. There are four ensuite bedrooms (three with double beds and one single). The master bedroom also has a dressing area and a private terrace. The fourth bedroom is accessed from the front courtyard.

Mougins Villa Provençal is conveniently located close to Mougins and all amenities. Only minutes away from the A8, it gives you easy access to everything the Côte d’Azur has to offer. The sandy beaches, restaurants, night clubs, café bars, casinos, glitz and glamour of Cannes, Monaco, Nice and St. Tropez are all on your doorstep.
Mougins itself is a charming medieval town, set on a height with panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes. It is set amongst pine, cypress and olive trees and surrounded by the Valmasque Forest which covers over 427 hectares. Mougins has 2 golf courses, tennis, squash, horse racing, swimming, hiking and horse riding.
It is famous for its gourmet restaurants and has over fourty to choose from and a famous cookery school if you feel like a few lessons in French cuisine. Mougins holds its International Festival of Gastronomy in September. It is also famous for its art studios and galleries and even Picasso lived here for a short time. There are over twenty galleries and art studios to explore.
With Nice Airport just over 20 minutes away (26km), Cannes only 15 minutes away (7km), Antibes 23 minutes away (14km), Nice 30 minutes away (32km), Monaco just over 40 minutes away (53km) and St. Tropez just over 70 minutes away (86km), the French Riviera is your oyster.
