This beautiful family villa is located in a peaceful, residential area near the picturesque village of Mougins. It is newly constructed, has five bedrooms and sleeps up to eight guests.
A large heated swimming pool surrounded by bathing terraces and complete with a pool house with shower and WC is located in the grounds of the property. There is also a covered outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue. The property is gated for added security.
The entrance floor comprises a spacious living area which is beautifully furnished and offers direct access to the pool and bathing terraces through French doors, a large TV room which can double as a sixth bedroom with ensuite access, a stylish dining area and a modern design fully equipped kitchen.

The bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the property. The master bedroom is complete with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and dressing room and access to a private terrace. A second king-size bedroom also has access to a private terrace and shares a bathroom with a child’s bedroom furnished with a single bed and baby’s cot. Finally, two further bedrooms are furnished with single and double bunk beds. These rooms share a bathroom and each has access to its own private terrace.
