This property is located in one of the best residential areas Mougins has to offer. The villa has six bedrooms and can sleep up to twelve guests. Beautifully landscaped gardens surround the villa encompassing a large swimming pool and paved bathing terrace. A covered dining area with outdoor lighting provides seating for up to eight guests and an outdoor breakfast corner also features.
A fully equipped American style kitchen, a dining room with seating for up to eight guests, a large living room with comfortable seating, a double bedroom and a separate TV room all with access to the garden and bathing terrace are located at garden level.
Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, has access to a dressing room, an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace which offers views of the garden and the Mediterranean in the distance. A second bedroom includes a queen size bed, a private bathroom and sea views while a third bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The property includes a separate guest house with fully equipped kitchen, living area and a king size bedroom with access to an ensuite bathroom. The sixth bedroom has access to a shower room and acts as an independent studio.
