This stylishly renovated provençal villa is set in beautifully landscaped gardens with stunning sea views across the Bay of Cannes. It is located in a prestigious residential area in Mougins, close to all amenities and within easy reach of Cannes, Nice and the rest of the Côte d’Azur.
The impressive entrance hall leads up the stairs to a large comfortable open plan living area with a log fire and dining area for ten guests. Large, almost floor to ceiling sliding doors lead onto a covered terrace area with additional comfortable seating for relaxing out of the sun.
This terrace can also be accessed from a snug area off the living room. Next to the living room there is an office area with internet and a private terrace and views across to the medieval old town of Mougins. There is a spacious and fully equipped double kitchen with a separate service entrance and six ensuite bedrooms (5 doubles and 1 twin).
The villa has a big swimming pool with beautiful tile detail and is surrounded by a patio area with sun loungers and small tables. There is a terrace overlooking the pool with armchairs and an outdoor dining terrace both of which are shaded by large parasols.

The gardens are attractively manicured with a mixture of mature trees and shrubs and small stone walled pathways all in keeping with the traditional feel of this upmarket villa.
If you follow one of these pathways you will come across a wonderful shaded stone archway and seat hideaway. The villa also has a boules pitch and parking for 3 cars and a garage for a fourth car. The garage leads into a laundry room that also has an extra shower and WC.

The villa is located in a prestigious residential area of Mougins close to the village. It has stunning sea views over the Bay of Cannes and of the old town of Mougins itself. It is conveniently located close to shops, restaurants and all amenities and is only 20 minutes from Nice airport.
Mougins is a charming medieval town set on a height and amongst olive, pine and cypress trees. It is surrounded by the Valmasque Forest which covers over 427 hectares. It is famous for its gourmet restaurants and has over forty to choose from and a famous cookery school if you feel like a few lessons in French cuisine.
Mougins holds its International Festival of Gastronomy in September. It is also famous for its art studios and galleries and even Picasso lived here for a short time. There are over twenty galleries and art studios to explore. Mougins also has 2 golf courses, tennis, squash, horse racing, swimming, hiking and horse riding.
Only minutes away from the A8, the French Riviera is on your doorstep with Cannes only 15 minutes away, Antibes 23 minutes away, Nice 30 minutes away, Monaco just over 40 minutes away and St Tropez just over 70 minutes away. This gives you easy access to everything the Côte d’Azur has to offer.
The sandy beaches, restaurants, night clubs, café bars, casinos, glitz and glamour of Cannes, Monaco, Nice and St Tropez will be hard to resist.
