This large villa is located in a beautiful residential area of Mougins and offers fantastic views of the Mediterranean both from the property itself and from the surrounding gardens and terraces. A heated infinity pool is surrounded by manicured gardens and bathing terraces while a number of elegant terraces with cooking and dining facilities also feature. A guardian is also located on the premises but his quarters are entirely separate from the main villa.
The entrance floor comprises a spacious living area with antique furniture, art pieces and an open fireplace. It overlooks the garden and pool area and also captures the sea views in the distance. A stylish dining area is also located on this level as well as a large fully equipped kitchen which leads directly onto a summer kitchen and dining terrace. Three of the 5 bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one double, all with ensuite facilities are also located on this floor.

The fully air-conditioned master bedroom is located on the top floor and includes a king size bed, dressing room and full ensuite bathroom. A fifth bedroom is located at garden level and is furnished with twin beds. This room also has ensuite facilities.
This wonderful property is in an idyllic location in a peaceful residential area and yet it is possible to travel to more vibrant hubs in the surrounding region such as Cannes in less than 30 minutes.
