This beautiful property is located just 5 minutes outside Mougins in the prestigious private gated domaine of Parc Residential Saint-Martin. With 5 bedrooms and sleeping up to nine guests, the villa is ideal for families or large groups.
Expansive flat gardens surround the property encompassing an infinity swimming pool which can be heated on request. There is also a stunning pool house which is complete with luxurious seating and a summer kitchen to facilitate outdoor dining. Parking is available for up to five cars, two of which can be accommodated in an enclosed garage.
Inside the villa, the living room which doubles as a dining room is located on the entrance floor. This room is illuminated by multiple French doors which fill the room with natural light and lead directly onto the terrace and pool area. The room is tastefully furnished and the dining table can seat up to eight guests. A fully equipped vibrantly coloured kitchen also features on this level.

Four of the bedrooms are also located on this floor; the master bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite shower room, a room with a queen size bed which also has access to an ensuite shower room and a twin room and a single room which share a bathroom.
The mezzanine features a TV room with international channels. There is also a separate apartment which includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, a kitchenette and a shower room. This apartment has independent access.
