This expansive property is the ultimate in luxury and its location in the prestigious hills of Super Cannes only heightens its appeal. Beautifully landscaped gardens with fountains and typical Mediterranean plants surround this plush villa and a large overflow pool which can be heated and illuminated also features.
A large deck borders the pool and is furnished with a dining table and chairs to facilitate eating outdoors and a number of sun loungers. South, east and west facing terraces offer fantastic views from every angle of the property and a charming palm grove complete with seating area also forms part of the garden. Parking for up to five vehicles is available and pets are welcome.
The luxurious features outside the villa are continued inside. A large, bright reception area provides a warm welcome as guests enter the villa and a luxurious living area is furnished with leather couches, a plasma TV and an open fireplace. All of the rooms offer an elevated sea view.
The master suite is located on the entrance floor and includes a round super king size bed, full ensuite bathroom, dressing room and access to a very large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. A second bedroom which lies adjacent to the master suite includes a single bed, an office, a TV, a bath and terrace access.

A home cinema is located on the lower level of the property as well as three of the seven bedrooms. One of the rooms is furnished with a king size bed, another with a double bed and the third with a queen size bed. All have ensuite facilities and two of the three rooms have garden/terrace access.
The remaining two bedrooms are located on the upper floor and both offer breath taking sea views. Both rooms are furnished with king size beds, plasma TVs, are uniquely designed, have ensuite access and lead directly to private terraces.
