This beautiful villa is located in the much sought after elite residential area of Super Cannes. South-facing terraces overlook a large swimming pool which is surrounded by garden shrubbery and a number of attractive stone walls.
A large jacuzzi also features and other notable outdoor facilities include a sizeable dining area with seating for up to eight guests, a large barbecue, a trampoline and a luxurious covered seating area enabling guests to escape from the midday sun without having to venture indoors.
Inside the villa, at entrance level is a large comfortably furnished living area which leads directly to the terrace and captures beautiful views of the Lerin islands. The kitchen is modern in design and leads to a piano room housing a beautiful grand piano. A TV lounge complete with plasma TV and leather couches and a guest toilet complete this level of the property.
The upper level includes four bedrooms; the master bedroom with double bed, ensuite facilities and access to an outdoor terrace, two further double rooms, each of which access an outdoor terrace. These two rooms share a bathroom. A fourth bedroom is furnished with a single bed and has access to an en-suite. An office area with a desk and WiFi access and a small kitchenette including a utility area also feature.

A guest apartment is located at pool level and consists of a double bedroom with access to an ensuite shower room and a kitchen/living space. This guest apartment has direct access to the pool area.
During any trip to the area, this property offers a fantastic base from which to operate given its proximity to Cannes and the standard of facilities the villa has to offer.
