A Kenesis Technogym home gym also forms part of the property. Parking is available for up to six vehicles and an alarm and property monitoring system are in place.
At pool level, there is a large reception area which can accommodate up to one hundred guests and includes a home cinema, a fully equipped kitchen and an en-suite shower room.
The living room is of contemporary design and includes individually styled leather furniture pieces, a fireplace and a television with international channels. It also has direct access to a terrace overlooking the sea.

A modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for up to eight guests and the master bedroom also feature at this level.
The remaining five bedrooms are located on the lower floor and include one bedroom with a king size bed, two double rooms, one room with a queen size bed and a twin room. Three of the rooms have ensuite facilities while two rooms share a private shower room.
