This celebrity owned villa benefits from panoramic views across the Bay of Cannes to the mountains and on to St Tropez. Sleeping up to 12 in it's large accommodations, the villa is spacious, well appointed and ideally located.
Although it's located so close to the centre of the action, the location is so calm and discreet and hidden from tourists that it's a veritable oasis of tranquility.
It can be a very private place to stay because it offers private space to sub groups in a family or corporate group. There is a self contained studio apartment and a completely separate two bedroomed apartment, affording people the privacy and space they need.
The common areas centre around the main living room and it's threes huge vista windows that look out over the azure sea and the town of Cannes.

When relaxing at the villa, there are mature landscaped gardens that focus on the heated overflow pool. It's a captivating pool to swim in as the yachts in the bay are reflected right onto the water surface. It's an unusual pool as the infinity is on 3 sides!
There are large outdoor dining areas, with facilities for 12, large gardens and a two car garage.
A spectacular roof terrace is a wonderful spot to relax on, sip a cocktail or catch the sun from the collection of sunbeds and other outdoor equipment available. Alongside is a crafted roof garden and additional dining tables and chairs for 12 where you can dine not just on the magnificent local produce but also on the panoramic view.
