This stunning villa is situated on just under two acres of land comprising beautifully maintained gardens, a generous terrace area plus access to a private, gated swimming pool, lined with sunloungers and parasols and access to a private tennis court. The location is superb and peaceful along the Siagne river valley, just moments from Mougins and a short drive to both Cannes and Grasse.
The living area is the ideal space in which to relax on the sofas with a book by the fire or to gather for a movie night. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped, fitted to a very high standard and is open-plan with the dining area which has beautiful garden views as well as direct access to the terrace, garden and swimming pool.

There are a total of five bedroom; three double bedrooms on the upper level, one of which is the master bedroom which has access to a private terrace, and two twinroom, located on the entrance level and are ideal for children. The master bedroom and the twin bedrooms are ensuite while two double bedrooms share a seperate shower room.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, has central heating, internet access and satellite television with Sky TV. The location is superb; tranquil, picturesque, close to nature as well as some of the hottest destinations along the French Riviera. Auribeau-sur-Siagne is a picturesque, ancient village, situated approximately half way between Cannes and Grasse in the Siagne river valley, perched on top of the ridge at the entrance to the Gorge de la Siagne, in the Alpes Maritime department in sout eastern France. The village is made up of many narrow, winding streets and filled with climbing, flowering plants.
At the centre of the village lies the 18th century church offering spectacular views of the surrounding area including the Tanneron mountains, the Peygros forest, the Prealps of Grasse, the Pic de Courmettes and the plateau of Valbonne. This is an excellent location for walking or hiking enthusiasts.
Auribeau-sur-Siagne is located 20 minutes from Grasse (24km), 15 minutes from Cannes (18km), 5 minutes from Mougins, Grasse and Mouans-Sartoux (12km) and just thrity minutes from the city of Nice and Nice International Airport (50km).
