This luxurious property boasts four elegant bedrooms and sleeps a total of eight guests. Located in the heart of Cannes, it is within walking distance to all amenities such as the long sandy beaches for which Cannes is renowned and the restaurants, pubs and clubs which bring this city to life by night.
Refurbished in 2009, this property is the very essence of tasteful design both outside and within. The exterior of the villa is complete with a sizable private pool (which is alarmed for added security), a stylish garden with luxurious sun loungers, a large barbecue and a chic outdoor dining area which is covered by a parasol. Private parking is available and security is enhanced by electric gates and a video intercom.
Inside, the entrance hall leads onto the modern, open-plan living area which also features a large dining area with seating for up to six guests. The kitchen is of American design and overlooks the main dining area facilitating entertainment of guests. The living area also features a large flat-screen television, luxurious seating and a Steinway piano. The entrance floor also features and office area which is located behind the main kitchen and a guest bathroom.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor of the villa and is complete with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, a separate lounge area and access to a private terrace which overlooks the pool and garden areas. Three other bedrooms also feature, two of which are twinrooms and a third which is a double bedroom located on the first floor with access to an ensuite bathroom.

Whether visiting Cannes during a major event or at any other time of year, this property is an excellent base from which to operate thanks to its proximity to local amenities and transport hubs.
One of the most famous cities located on the French Riviera, Cannes is most renowned for its International Film Festival which takes place annually in the month of May. However, this city is a picturesque paradise at any time of the year.
This villa is conveniently located within walking distance of Cannes’ spectacular sandy beaches and is also near the Palais des Festivals which hosts prestigious events throughout the year, including the aforementioned Cannes Film Festival.
Large numbers of yachts and sailboats dock in the bay of Cannes, which is seen as a fashionable stop-over. This provides tourists with an opportunity to experience some of Cannes’ specialities such as shopping and socialising but particularly dining.
Cannes is well connected to other cities along the Riviera by train, namely Nice, Monte Carlo and Marseille and Nice airport can be accessed in under thirty minutes by car.
