This beautiful property is located just 5 minutes from the centre of Cannes, overlooking the Mediterranean. Expansive stone terraces provide ample space for outdoor activities and sun loungers with parasols are provided.
Outdoor dining furniture also allows for outdoor dining on the elegant terrace. A large heated infinity swimming pool also features and provides views of the Mediterranean.
Inside, the elegant entrance hall has a welcoming feel and leads directly into the large living room which is also furnished with a dining suite and can cater for up to ten guests. A large Italian design kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and is ideally designed for entertaining dinner guests.
This floor also includes a large bedroom with two double beds with ensuite access. Three further bedrooms are located at garden level. The first has twin beds and ensuite access which includes a large shower.
The second room has one double bed and one single bed, ensuite access and leads directly to a separate terrace. The third bedroom has one double bed and one single bed, ensuite access with bath and shower facilities and access to a private terrace which provides a stunning sea view.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is complete with a double bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Majestic French doors lead onto a private terrace which offers fantastic views of the Mediterranean.
This property is located near the centre of Cannes which has much to offer by way of beaches, clubs and restaurants. In addition to this, travelling to other destinations within the region is facilitated by both public transport and access to motorways.

This property is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the centre of Cannes. Cannes is renowned for its vibrant social scene and is recognised as a fashionable destination among celebrities, most notably during the annual Cannes Film Festival which takes place in May.
The Bay of Cannes is a social hub with many yachts docking there for varying periods of time. Many good quality restaurants and lively bars and clubs are located in this area and attract large numbers of people both from the locality and those holidaying in the region.
The famous sandy beaches of Cannes are a short 10 minute walk from this property. Should you wish to visit other resorts along the Riviera during your stay, Cannes is well connected by bus and by rail to nearby towns and cities such as Marseille, Nice and Monte Carlo while Nice airport is accessible in under 30 minutes.
