This property is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the centre of Cannes. Cannes is renowned for its vibrant social scene and is recognised as a fashionable destination among celebrities, most notably during the annual Cannes Film Festival which takes place in May.

The Bay of Cannes is a social hub with many yachts docking there for varying periods of time. Many good quality restaurants and lively bars and clubs are located in this area and attract large numbers of people both from the locality and those holidaying in the region.

The famous sandy beaches of Cannes are a short 10 minute walk from this property. Should you wish to visit other resorts along the Riviera during your stay, Cannes is well connected by bus and by rail to nearby towns and cities such as Marseille, Nice and Monte Carlo while Nice airport is accessible in under 30 minutes.

The large fully equipped Italian design kitchen is finished to a very high standard and as well as its chic design it contains state of the art appliances such as an American fridge freezer, a double over and electric and gas hobs.

Stainless steel and marble work surfaces are designed with hygiene in mind but also enhance the kitchen’s appearance. The kitchen is spacious with ample room for food preparation making this a property particularly suited to entertaining guests.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and is located on the second floor of the villa. Arched wooden French doors offer breathtaking sea views while also filling the room with natural light. The room has access to an en-suite bathroom which includes a double shower.

The entrance hall is tastefully decorated with a cushion topped wooden seat and acts as a welcoming area for new guests on arrival. It leads directly to the living room which also has dining facilities for up to ten guests.
