This beautiful property is located in the hills above Cannes and has stunning views overlooking the bay of Cannes and Cap d’Antibes. In spite of its elevated position, the gardens surrounding the villa are completely flat.
These landscaped gardens feature mature plants and shrubbery and a large pool is located in the centre. The pool is flanked by an adjoining terrace which has furniture for outdoor dining and a number of sun loungers.
The main living and dining areas are located on the entrance floor. The dining area is next to the kitchen and overlooks the living area. Seating is available for up to eight guests but additional guests can be accommodated at another table in the room.
The living room is tastefully furnished, has access to the pool and garden areas and features an open fireplace, a television and a music system. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to an outdoor terrace which has a built in BBQ.

The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and has a double bed as well as an ensuite bathroom with a sunken bath. The remaining three bedrooms are located at garden level. One is a double room with ensuite and garden access, one is a twin room, also with ensuite access and the third is a twin room which can be made up as a double room on request. The third bedroom also has access to an ensuite bathroom and to the garden through French doors.

The famous sandy beaches of Cannes and the prestigious Bay of Cannes, a favourite stop-off among celebrities are less than 20 minutes from the villa. Nice international airport is a 30 minute drive from this property.
