This luxurious villa boasts five elegant bedrooms and sleeps a total of ten guests. It is located just 15 minutes from the lively coastal town of Cannes with its busy social scene and famous sandy beaches.
A large outdoor swimming pool and stunning poolside terraces face towards the Mediterranean and the Esterel mountains providing magnificent views. The exterior also features a covered dining area with a BBQ and a number of cushioned sun loungers with parasols.
The ground floor is elegantly decorated and open plan in design. It features a large fully equipped kitchen which opens onto a covered outdoor dining area, a living room with terrace access and stunning sea views, an indoor dining room with seating for up to eight guests, a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and terrace access and a seperate laundry room.

The upper floor consists of the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and private terrace access overlooking the Mediterranean, two further bedrooms, each with double beds and en-suite facilities and one with terrace access, a large TV lounge with flat screen, DVD player and ipod dock and an office area.
