Also on the entrance floor is an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with modern design and appliances and an elegant dining area with seating for up to ten guests. Two stylish bedrooms, both of which are air-conditioned one with a queen size bed, the other with twin beds, are also located on the entrance floor and these rooms share a bathroom.

A fully equipped gym, a state of the art cinema room, a games and TV room with three different SKY TV boxes, a DVD player, a Nintendo Wii and a play station are all included in the property and provide an array of entertainment options. The remaining bedrooms are located on the upper floor, all are air-conditioned and each room has access to an ensuite bathroom or shower room.
The master bedroom has access to a private terrace offering sea and pool views. Two of the other bedrooms have queen-size beds and the final bedroom is furnished with twin beds. The twin room also has an ensuite baby corner.
