Located just outside the traditional village of Saint Jean in the hills overlooking Chateauneuf lies this beautiful, contemporary Provencale villa. It is located within a private, gated domain and has many tall trees along the perimeter for extra privacy and security.
The driveway is lined with small, round bushes, colourful flowers and slender, manicured trees and there is parking space for up to three cars. There are two large terraces; the dining terrace which seats up to eight guests and the pool terrace which is lined with sunloungers, parasols and outdoor furniture. The overflow, infinity-edge swimming pool and the outdoor, heated jacuzzi are both ideal place to relax in the evening while enjoying the panoramic views out over the valley below.
On the entrance level lies the living room, dining area and the kitchen. The living room is open-plan, beautifully decorated and features comfortable sofas, a flat-screen television, large wall mirrors and a large log fireplace. The kitchen is also open-plan, fully equipped and all kitchen utensils and tableware are provided.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor; one doubleroom and one twinroom. They both have access to a shared terrace and the shared bathroom and WC. The third bedroom and master bedroom are located on the first floor. They are both double ensuite bedrooms with air-conditioning and share access to the first floor terrace with outdoor furniture and spectacular views. The master bedroom includes a large living area, dressing area and a full ensuite bathroom.
This is a peaceful and private location and would be ideal for a large family holiday or for couples travelling together with children. Its proximity to the sea, sandy beaches, public transport, restaurants, clothing stores and world renowned towns and villages make this the perfect base from which to explore the Riviera and beyond. Saint Jean is a small, traditional town located within the commune of Grasse in the Alpes-Maritime department on the French Riviera. The villa is situated in a private domain just outside Saint Jean in the hills overlooking the valley which contains Chateauneuf, Opio and Placassier.
Some on the main attractions in Grasse include the 11th century Cathedrale, the Saracen tower and the monumental gate of the Hotel de Ville. Grasse is also one of the major perfume capitals of the world and is home to International Perfume Museum and the Fragonard Museum.
It is just 20km from the sandy beaches and glamour of Cannes, 29km from the magnificent coaslines and ports of Antibes, 44km from the bustling city of Nice and 66km from the Principality of Monaco.
