This beautiful, Provencal bastide is located in the peaceful, hill-top village of Placassier with stunning views of the lower hills of the southern Alpes and the valleys below. The villa and seperate guest house are surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and feature a large, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, barbeque and a breakfast terrace.
The interiors are very spacious and tastefully designed with a sophisticated blend of antique furnishings, contemporary luxury and traditional-style features. On the entrance level, you will find the living room, with a beautiful log fireplace, and the open-plan country kitchen / dining area, which seats up to 12 guests and opens out onto the breakfast terrace.
On the first floor, you will find the laundry room and two double, ensuite bedrooms with queen-sized beds, oak-beamed ceilings, LCD TVs and stunning views of the grounds. One of these doublerooms also has a dressing area. On the top floor lies the master bedroom suite with an adjoining living room / television room. The master suite features and king-sized bed, air-conditioning, an ensuite shower room, a flat-screen television with SkyTV, a DVD player as well as large, comfortable couches, foutons and a fireplace.
The fourth bedroom is located in the guest house which is a queen-sized junior suite. It is located right next to the main building and features an ensuite shower room, direct garden and pool access, air-conditioning and an adjoining living area with antique furnishings.

Placassier is located just 7km from Grasse, the perfume capital of the world with many sites worth visiting including the Saracen Tower, the monumental gates of the Hotel de Ville, the International Museum of Perfume as well as the Church of Placassier which features beautiful 17th century architecture and paintings.
The coastal towns of Antibes and Cannes are just 15km away with a wide variety of beautiful sandy beaches, beach clubs, wonderful restaurants and cafes and excellent shopping districts. The city of Nice and Nice Airport ar just 30km away and Grasse is served by a regular bus and train service offering connections to Cannes, Nice, Nice Airport and Ventimiglia.
