This luxurious villa is located near Grasse, famous for its tradition of perfume production. Situated on one hectare of land, beautiful lavender and jasmine filled gardens surround the property providing colour and fragrance.
A large swimming pool and bathing area, with luxurious sun loungers, lie within the grounds. A summer kitchen and both covered and outdoor dining areas also feature, just off the main courtyard which includes an attractive fountain feature. The ground floor comprises a professional style kitchen, a dining room and separate coffee room, both elegantly designed and including authentic stone features and fireplaces.
A spacious, open-plan living area includes luxurious furniture pieces, elegant wall art and a grand piano. The room also has access to the terrace and garden areas through patio doors.
The first floor has three rooms, two large suites and a double twinroom with two double beds. All of these rooms have beautiful garden views and ensuite access.

The second floor of the villa has four additional bedrooms; three large double bedrooms, each with ensuite access and a single bedroom with access to a marble shower room.

Grasse is a charming traditional French village tucked away in France’s Alpes-Maritimes department in the south east of the country. Famed for its perfume production, today Grasse is home to many perfume factories and shops, some of which provide guided tours. The perfume museum is also popular among tourists. Wander through the narrow cobbled streets delicately fragranced with lavender and jasmine filled flower baskets. This village has retained much of its authentic charm with quaint little squares thronged with cafés and restaurants serving local cuisine. Babbling fountains are to be found throughout Grasse and buildings with Romanesque style architecture also featuring. The villa is located just fifteen minutes from Cannes which is famed for its beautiful sandy beaches and vibrant social scene while the city of Nice can be accessed in under half an hour.
