At this apartment you can enjoy the best of both worlds. You can enjoy the peace offered by this residence on Boulevard Garavan, which is situated on a sunny hillside above Menton, and known for its spectacular views, but you can also be on the beach or in the town centre within minutes.
The residence has a swimming pool that guests are welcome to use. It overlooks Garavan port and has an amazing view. There is a little footpath next to the property, which takes you down to the beach. There is also a garage with private parking space if you have a car. With a pool at the property and a great beach on the doorstep, children will find it difficult to be bored.
The apartment itself has one bedroom with double sofabed, a living room with dining area, a separate equipped kitchen area, and bathroom with shower. There is a double sofa-bed and single sofa-bed in the living room, meaning it can be turned into a second bedroom.
The living room and bedroom both have large French windows that open out onto the terrace which has steps leading to the garden below, ideal for children to play in. From here you can enjoy panoramic sea views.

There is a dining table on the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the sun and the view whilst eating lunch or sipping a chilled glass of wine.
The apartment residence is located in a peaceful area of Menton on Boulevard Garavan, above the Bay of Garavan. The boulevard is on the hillside and, for this reason, it has spectacular panoramic views. In the area you can see some extraordinary villas that share this privileged positon.
Although it is not beside the sea, there is a little footpath at the property that takes you directly down to the beach in 5 minutes.
The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Menton Garavan train station. From here you can catch the train to all of the main towns on the Riviera, including Nice, Monaco and Cannes.
Oliviers du Pian is nearby, a protected park where you can see some of the oldest olive trees in the world.
Nearby, at Garavan beach and Garavan port, you will find many bars and restaurants serving tasty Menton cuisine.
Menton town centre is a 15-minute walk away. There you can walk along the Promenade, explore the old town and play at the casino, among other activities.
