It offers the advantage of being situated on a quiet street, as well as being in the heart of Menton, a step away from its shops and restaurants, and old town. In the old quarter you can wander the narrow streets, visit pretty churches and stroll along the old port.
You are a short walk from the beaches of the Promenade du Soleil, and Sablettes beach, on the other side of the old town, with watersports centre, bars and restaurants. While lying on the beach you can enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains.
The train station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. From here you can head to Nice, Cannes or Monaco for a day out. In 10 minutes you can be in Italy, meaning you can just pop over the border for a delicious lunch of fresh pasta.
