The apartment is located in one of the many elegant villas found on the Promenade du Val de Menton. The wealthy chose this street on which to build their grand villas, as it offers a view onto Central Menton.
From the apartment it is a short walk down the road to the shopping area, where there are restaurants and bars. It is just a few minutes walk to the Basilica in the old town and 5 minutes to the beaches beside the old port and on the Promenade du Soleil, where Menton Casino is located.
The apartment is on a lower floor and benefits from having a nice, covered terrace area, planted with trees and flowers. The main dining table is outside on the terrace, owing to the preference for outdoor dining in these warm Summer climates.

Inside there is a living room with a sofa, television, modern equipped kitchen area and small wooden table with pull-out stalls. There is separate bathroom with shower and a bedroom with bunk-beds, a sofa bed and a desk and chair. The bedroom and living room have air-conditioning and ceramic-tile floors to keep them cool in the summer.
Menton is a wonderful town on the Cote d'Azur, where the foothills of the Alps plunge into the Mediterranean Sea. From its long seafront Promenades and beaches you can enjoy the fabulous views offered by this landscape.
As well as being on the French Riviera, Menton is close to the Italian border. As a result, its culture and cuisine both have an Italian influences. It is 10 minutes to Italy by train, allowing you to simply pop across the border for a dish of fresh pasta.
The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the train station. The attractions of central and old town Menton are all very close by, and the renowned exotic gardens of Menton are easily reached on foot or by bus.
