Situated in a quiet area of Menton, this apartment offers peace and relaxation. The villa is on a hillside overlooking the town, and benefits from fabulous views of Garavan Bay and the surrounding mountains.
You can relax with the view from the apartment's large sunny terrace. It is set in an attractive environment with trees and greenery all around.
If you want to explore area, there are three beautiful gardens, located 10 minutes away from the apartment, which you can visit. It is 20 minutes from the town centre and beaches, and a 10-minute walk to the train station.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It has a living room with double sofa bed and television, and a raised kitchen area. There is a double bedroom with balcony, and off the hallway is an open bedroom area with two single beds/bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and WC, and the other with a shower and WC.

The rooms have ceramic-tile flooring and quality furniture. They benefit from a lot of light, as the apartment faces south-west. This means you can spend most of the day basking in the warm sun on the terrace.
At this apartment you can enjoy the tranquility and fabulous views from which these hillside villas benefit. Your are also given the advantage of being able to travel easily to many of the wonderful sights the Riviera has to offer.
Menton town centre is a 20-minute walk away. You are within 10 minutes of Menton Garavan train station and a 5-minutes drive from the main A8 road which extends one direction into Italy, and the other as far as Aix-en- Provence.
The exotic gardens of Val Rahmeh, Fontana Rosa and Colombieres are all situated within 10 minute of the apartment, and make for an enjoyable afternoon out.
