The beautiful old town sprawls out behind the apartment. It is a magnificent area to walk around, where you will find churches, markets, shops and cafes.
The whole of Menton is walkable, so you can easily stroll along the promenade to the town hall, gardens and casino in the centre of town.

The apartment itself has a unique arrangement. You enter the apartment on the upper floor and there are stairs leading down to a lounge area with a sofa. Opposite the lounge is a staircase leading up to a mezzanine with two single beds.
From the lounge, you follow another staircase down to a living space where there is an equipped kitchen and dining area. From here, stairs lead down to the lower floor, where there is a double bedroom with separate bathroom.
The apartment has cool, ceramic-tile floors throughout and attractive wooden ceilings and staircase. The window in the kitchen has a superb view of the blue sea, sandy beach and small boats in the old port.
