The town of Menton captures the essence of the Cote d'Azur, with its long promenades, beaches, old-town markets, palm trees and gardens.
The apartment is very central. Located on Avenue de Verdun, there are beautiful gardens just outside of the front door. The Palais d'Europe is located in the gardens, and it is home to exhibitions, the tourist office and theatre.
The casino is just beside the apartment and is a great place to spend an exciting evening. The seafront promenade is very close too. Here you will find many restaurant and cafes that have sunny terraces where you can sit outside and watch the world go by.
You can walk along the promenade into the marvellous old town. Here you can explore the charming narrow streets and visit the grand St Michel Basilica and Bastion fort, home to the Jean Cocteau Museum.
