The apartment is situated in a prestigious residence surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and cypress trees. As well as the garden, guests are free to enjoy the large pool and sun-loungers provided for residents. This gives you the benefit of having access to a private pool on your doorstep, without having to compete for a sunbed, and you won't have to worry about keeping the children entertained.
The apartment has a double bedroom, large lounge and separate equipped kitchen, all with French windows leading out onto a private terrace and garden, where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine. The lounge has a sofa bed for two and there is also a separate bathroom with a bath and shower.
The rooms are light and spacious, with ceramic-tile flooring and air-conditioning. The lounge and bedroom both have televisions, and there is a garage for those travelling by car.
The property is a 30 minute walk from Roquebrune Cap Martin train station, which is well connected to the towns along the Riviera. Trains run frequently to towns such as Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Ventimiglia in Italy.

Roquebrune Cap Martin is a romantic location. It has an abundance of gorgeous villas and parks. There are many footpaths you can take to explore the peninsula on foot, with fabulous views along the way. The medieval hilltop village of Roquebrune, with its 10th century chateau, is a 30 minute steep walk from the apartment, or it can be reached by bus.
Roquebrune Cap Martin is situated between Monaco and Menton, both 10 minutes away by train, and great places to visit.
Roquebrune Cap Martin train station is a 30 minute walk from the residence. The train stops at many fabulous towns along the Riviera, including Nice, Cannes and Monaco.
From the residence, there are many good walking routes you can take around the peninsula, passing by beautiful villas and parks.
The enchanting medieval towns of Roquebrune and Eze are nearby. Their very high position means they offer spectacular views of the coast. You can find many great boutique shops and quality restaurants there. Both towns can be easily reached by bus from Roquebrune Cap Martin.
