The promenade and seafront is steps away from the apartment. There you will find something to suit everyone. There are public beaches with lifeguards and private beaches where you can hire sunbeds and parasols. There is also a swimming pool and seafront restaurants and bars, where you can sit and sip a cocktail as you gaze at the glistening waters.
It is an enjoyable 25-minute walk into the centre of Menton, a beautiful, colourful town on the the Cote d'Azur. There you can visit its town hall, casino and gardens, and the small streets, markets and port in the old quarter of town.
In the opposite direction, the cap of Roquebrune Cap Martin offers pleasant coastal walks that pass by the many stunning villas found there.
You can also take a bus to the ancient Roquebrune village, perched on a hilltop overlooking the blue Bay of Roquebrune.
It is a 3-minute walk to Carnoles train station. From here it is a 30-minute ride to Nice, 15 minutes to Italy and only 10 minutes to Monaco.
