This Penthouse apartment was build in 2006, commissioned in 2007 and is completely new and fresh. The views from the terrace of the apartment are captivating. From one side you can look out across the Med and the other side over Beausoleil.
The apartment is perfect for the Monaco Grand Prix, the events at the Grimaldi Forum like the International Television Festival or just for a relaxing sojourn near the lovely Larvotto beaches.
It is just a short walk to the Casino or the glamourous shops of the Metropole centre, and just a few steps to the main street of Beausoleil with it's local shops and markets.

The apartment is furnished in modern style and is comfortably appointed, the kitchen is spacious and the living areas very generous.
The apartment building now has an elevator which drops guests directly down into Monte Carlo's most stylish shopping street Boulevard Des Moulins. Another convenient elevator will take you to the beach, cancelling out the steep hills that Monaco is famous for.
