Wonderful penthouse with splendid terrace on the doorsteps of Monte Carlo. The apartment is now being refitted, refurnished and redecorated to make an exceptional rental in 2010. The apartment is only 4 years old but for 2010 will be just as brand new but beautifully updated.
The nearby events in the Grimaldi forum make this penthouse an ideal base. Formula One fans will not be able to believe that they are so close to the action at such a low price.
The nearby Metropole shopping Centre (10min stroll) provides all the glamour required for a fabulous shopping trip, and the boutiques of Boulevard Des Moulins are literally 2 mins from the apartment. Gucci, Versace, Chanel, Swarovski, DKNY, Sephora, Zara, it goes on and on.
The living areas are very spacious in this wonderful apartment that is full of light and sunshine. It is decorated in a neutral contemporary style which make everyone feel at home right away.
The building has it's own elevator which drops guests directly down into one of the best shopping streets in Monte Carlo. Then there is another convenient elevator which will take you to the beach!
This is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for top class value accomodation in Monte Carlo without breaking the bank.
The reason that this apartment is such good value is that it is 40 metres outside the county of Monaco just inside the French border and therefore can be rented at a fraction of the price. A similar sized penthouse inside Monaco would command 8-10 times the price of this excellent position.
