This penthouse apartment is located on the steps of Monte Carlo in the lovely Belle Epoque quartier of Beausoleil.
Laid out under the penthouse are the terracotta roofs and ochre walls of the gorgeous Monte Carlo architecture, mixed with it's unique blend of high tech, high rise sophistication. This location is absolutely second to none for a holiday or business visit to Monaco.
The apartment is 10 minutes from Larvotto plage, one of the chicest in Europe.
Note: the apartment is technically in France being 40m outside the offical Monaco border.

The living room is spacious and consists of a large comfortable sofa that can convert to a bed, dining table and chairs and television. The room opens out on to a balcony and terrace area which offers fantastic views of Monaco and Beausoleil.
For all bookings in 2010 there will be a plasma screen TV and English satellite TV.

The kitchen is fitted in an ingenious manner, there is lots of floor space but the appliances do not take up much room, they are all fitted together so that even though there is a very full kitchen, it fits into a small room that leaves lots of space to cook and operate normally. We have a dishwasher, coffee machine, stainless steel sinks, cutlery and all crockery.
