This 2 bedroom apartment is a duplex layout which maximises the panoramic views afforded by it's elevation. With picture windows and sliding doors and balconies on each floor it has the best views over the Mediterranean, Monaco Port, the Prince's Palace and the world famous Monte Carlo Grand Prix circuit.
The apartment has a top of the range iMac for guests use, there is high speed broadband. Satellite TV with a SKY box with all UK and Ireland channels is also provided. There is also an International TV decoder which shows all the main French, German and Italian channels, along with hundreds of others.
It is fresh, bright and modern in décor with a style that reflects the glamour of Monaco. Fully equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine and air conditioning it is a practical choice with no compromise on aspect.
The bedrooms occupy the lower floor and have a separate front door entrance. The master bedroom has a private balcony over looking Beausoleil, Monaco and the Mediterranean. The second bedroom has large windows, is bright with wonderful views and both rooms have televisions and air conditioning.

The main sitting, dining and kitchen area are on the top floor with a large balcony and 'the view' of Monaco. It is a large, spacious open plan arrangement with huge oversized leather sofas and armchairs for luxurious comfort. The apartment has been lovingly put together by the home-owners who enjoy using the apartment themselves so it features all the home comforts and necessary items that you will need on your holiday.
Secure private parking is included in the rental rate but there are also public transport options if you don't want to use a car. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Monaco train station and there is a bus stop a the building, a few metres from the apartment.
This is a perfect holiday apartment for two couples, a family or a group of friends who are looking for a Monaco Grand Prix base. There is also a sofa bed so the apartment can sleep up to 5 people. It is ideally situated for the Monaco Yacht Show and the Monaco Tennis Masters.

The apartment is on the doorstep of Monaco in the village of Beausoleil that bumps borders with Monte Carlo. A ten minute walk from the glamourous Casino Square with it's beautiful gardens and world famous landmark buildings.
It is also very close to Monaco train station so it is possible to enjoy the entire French Riviera from this apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of shops, beaches, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, museums and all that Monaco and the village of Beausoleil have to offer.
