This is a stunning holiday rental in a superb location in sunny Beausoleil, a hillside town alongside the France-Monaco border which offers uninterrupted sea views, a charming old town with winding streets, belle epoque architecture and daily Provençal markets in the morning time.
The apartment has a spacious living area with a large comfy sofa and a flat-screen television for your entertainment. The double sofa bed conveniently unfolds to accommodate extra guests. There is also a corner dining table with a setting for two or the option of dining al fresco on the sunny terrace which has a lovely little sea view and is a perfect spot for breakfast.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped for preparing light meals at home featuring a refrigerator, microwave oven and a four-hob stove and there are a wide variety of pavement cafes and restaurants to choose from around the local area, particularly along the Boulevard de la République.
The bedroom is a sunny twin room which can also be made up as a large double bed as per your requirements and there is also access to a second sunny terrace area with sea views.

Venture into Monaco just minutes away at your leisure, an easy downhill journey or take the train into Italy for an early lunch perhaps. The city of Nice is also close by, a cultural hub with exciting bars, boutiques and a vibrant nightlife.

This apartment is located within the small, French Riviera town of Beausoleil which is situated on the sloping hillside overlooking Monaco and offers stunning sea views of the Mediterranean. Beausoleil, despite being small is quite a populated, residential area, full of life and character and people milling about with their daily lives.
There are Provençal markets set up every morning and a wide variety of restaurants and cafés to choose from, particularly around the Boulevard de la République area and it's side streets offering traditonal French, Italian, Brazilian and Japanese cuisine.
Beausoleil is easily accessible by train, sharing a station with Monaco and offering connections into Italy as far as Rome or towards the bustling city of Nice, and also by bus with 4 operational bus routes. Nice International airport is also just an easy 30-minute drive away.
This is a stunning location with easy access to the lush Principality of Monaco which hosts events throughout the year plus is home to your nearest sandy beach, Larvotto Beach.
"Good apartment, in good condition, it seems far away from the centre of Monaco but by foot it's 10 min, keep in mind you have to climb up (or take a cab).
My apartment was on the 1st floor so there was quite a bit of noice of the traffic, this was the only downside for me."
