The villa is very spacious, almost 700 square metres, making it an ideal holiday villa. Its large spaces are ideal for a family with children as there are so many open spaces to explore.
There are four ensuite bedrooms which can be made up as twin rooms or large doubles as per your requirements. There is also a cot available so younger guests can enjoy a good night's sleep. The bedrooms have beautiful, terracotta tiled floors throughout, huge amounts of wardrobe space and well appointed, luxurious ensuite bathrooms.
The kitchen is well equipped and leads onto an open plan, outdoor dining area with seating for the whole family. There is also a BBQ and grill for outdoor cooking.
The free form pool offers fun for all the family. It has a super pool house with an independent kitchen where you can make yourself a snack or freshen your drink without having to leave the pool area. The pool is also secure and has a locking gate to keep kiddies safe when the pool is unattended.
The villa is located in a peaceful area on a quiet road in a lovely neighbourhood. There are electric gates and an electronic entry control system in place for extra peace of mind.

For the convenience and entertainment of guests there is a television with international channels available, a music centre and internet access. There are toys for the children to play with as well as well-kept lawns where they can play games.
The lovely old village of Saint Paul is less than a five minute drive away with nearby shops, stunning medieval architecture, good restaurants and bars.

This is a superb and luxurious villa in a fantastic neighbourhood in the sloping hills surrounding La Colle sur Loup and Saint-Paul-de-Vence with views over Cannes and out to the sea.
This whole area between the mountains and the sea is covered by lush, green hillsides full of olive, fig and fruit trees. You can sample the local produce at the daily markets and during the Summer months night markets are also held. La Colle sur Loup is also well known for its antiques trade so it's worth exploring the local stores if you're in search of something a little more unique.
The medieval town of St-Paul-de-Vence is just a 5 minute drive away. It's filled with stunning architecture such as ramparts, stone houses, narrow streets and water fountains. It's famed for its art galleries as well as the charming atmosphere of the old town which is filled with boutiques, little jewellry stores, cafes and a wide variety of quality restuarants, bars and tea rooms.
This area is serviced by bus routes to Nice city centre (30 minutes away) or your nearest train station is Cagnes sur Mer. Antibes and Cannes can be reached by car in approximately 20 minutes, both of which are well know for their sandy beaches and shopping streets.
