This is a beautifully decorated property with stylish, contemporary furniture throughout. It is situated in the prestigious Carré d’Or area of Nice on Rue Longchamp which is one of the most desirable streets in the city. It is a very central location with luxury shopping on the doorstep. The property benefits from an unusually quiet city spot as it sits just off the main street on a pedestrian route.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a typical Niçoise building. There is a very spacious south-facing terrace that wraps around the corner of the building. It has dining furniture for alfresco meals and sun beds so that guests can soak up the Mediterranean sun in the privacy of their own apartment. There is also a shaded spot that is ideal for relaxing with a book.
The living room is open-plan and spacious with traditional wooden floors which compliment the modern furnishings. There are high ceilings, light décor and cosy furniture including a plush purple sofa. This becomes a sofa bed allowing the property to sleep up to 6 guests. Large French windows open onto both the terrace and the interior part of the building making it a bright space, and there are two comfortable reading chairs that provide a relaxing area. The living room has a large flat screen television with French cable and a DVD player and the property is equipped with WiFi.
The kitchen is part of the open-plan living room and has a large central island with stools where guests can enjoy a casual meal. The very high-quality kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The dining area can seat 6 guests and offers a more formal dining option for great holiday meals.
The master bedroom has a luxurious feel with cream and black décor and attractive details throughout. The double bed has lavish pillows and throws and glossy jet-black side tables. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet. There are also the added conveniences of a hairdryer, heated towel rail and a full length mirror.

The second bedroom is a comfortable twin room with very large single beds. It has contemporary décor with natural shades and a splash of pink. There is an en-suite bathroom with a very luxurious walk-in shower with multi-body jets and a rain showerhead. From here guests can find a laundry area with the washing machine and tumble dryer. This bedroom also benefits from a direct access to the terrace.
The property also has a guest WC and air-conditioning.

This property is situated just off Rue Longchamp that crosses through the glamorous Carré d’Or area of Nice. The property is right in the middle of the prestigious shopping district with lots of pedestrian areas to wander around and take in the sights.
The beautiful beaches of Nice are just a couple of minutes from the property which allows guests to easily enjoy a day at the seaside with ease. There are plenty of public and private beaches along the bay and during the summer months there is paragliding and rollerblading to enjoy. Guests can also enjoy a fun activity for the family with the Segway tours. These start on the promenade and progress into the Old Town of Nice.
The Old Town is a picturesque area that is full of cafés, restaurants and bars. The narrow streets offer an escape from the midday sun allowing guests to wander around for hours and enjoy the atmosphere.
The Carré d’Or district is full of exciting restaurants, many of which take a contemporary twist on traditional cuisine. There is also a heavy Italian influence with the restaurants in Nice which creates a delicious variety to enjoy.
The apartment is close to the modern tramway that travels through the city. It can take guests up to the train station in two minutes where the rest of the Côte d’Azur is very accessible. Antibes, Cannes and Monaco are all within 40 minutes of Nice and Italy is just under an hour away.
This property gives guests the luxury of being able to discover Nice by foot and truly take in the sights and sounds of this exciting city.
