This is a wonderful property that provides comfort, modernity and style in the heart of the most Provençal, traditional part of the beautiful city of Nice.
This contemporary loft studio is an ideal pied-à-terre for a couple looking to experience the exciting city of Nice and the surrounding Riviera locations. Set in the Provençal Old Town, this property benefits from being in the most enchanting part of the city. The Old Town is a warren of interesting streets full of fascinating things to discover. The old traditional buildings give away the city’s Mediterranean location with their beautiful rustic colours.
The main attraction of Nice's Old Town is undoubtedly the Cours Saleya which is found just metres from the apartment. This is the lively market street that is lined with restaurants and cafés that can be enjoyed all day and into the night. The markets on the Cours Saleya vary with a splendid night market during the summer months selling local crafts and jewellery, and a daily flower and food market with an impressive display of local produce and delicacies on offer all year round. Mondays, however, are an exception as there is the lovely antiques market. Here guests can discover antique posters, French linens, Provençal furniture and an array of intriguing bric-a-brac.
The impressive Promenade des Anglais is just a couple of minutes from the studio and only a short walk through the arches of the Cours Saleya. This beautiful promenade stretches the length of the Baie des Anges and is an idyllic spot for an afternoon stroll under the gaze of the historical Château Hill.
The property has plenty on its doorstep in terms of both attractions and amenities. The train station is just a 20-minute walk from the property, or even quicker by tram ride. From here, guests can easily take a day trip into Cannes, Antibes, Eze, Monaco or even Italy.
