Rue Barallis is the perfect spot from which to base yourself for a fantastic holiday on the Cote d'Azur. The street itself is very quiet and residential, offering you the chance to really relax and unwind during your time in Nice. The apartment is a rare find, offering tranquility just minutes from many of the main attractions of the city. Less than a minute's walk will take you to the Promenade des Anglais and its many public and private beaches, and a few minutes further on you can take your morning coffee at the beautiful Hotel Negresco, or visit the newly refurbished Massena Museum.
To the other side of the apartment lies the Zone Pietonne (pedestrianised zone), bursting with cafés, restaurants and boutiques. At its head is the newly re-furbished Place Massena, the main square of Nice, with its new silent tramway, art installations and magnificent fountain. You are not far from anything in this great holiday apartment.
The apartment sleeps 4 in 2 double bedrooms, both benefitting from the quiet location to offer you a tranquil night's sleep. The apartment is situated on the top floor of a 2-storey traditional Nicoise building, and lets in plenty of the Riviera sunshine to make the atmosphere bright and airy. There is one bathroom with shower, bidet and wc, a spacious living room with comfortable furnishings and a dining area for 4 people, and a fully-fitted kitchen for those who prefer a night of home cooking!
Everything you could need is within walking distance of the apartment - supermarkets, pharmacies, a post office, bars, restaurants, cafés, shops - you name it, the city of Nice has it to offer! The apartment is a ten minute walk from the train station of Nice Ville, which offers regular train links all over the Cote d'Azur, and will take you to Monaco in less than 20 minutes and Cannes in less than 40 minutes. Equally there are bus links to the more isolated destinations such as the stunning perched villages of St Paul de Vence and Eze Village, and these depart from the central bus station (Gare Routière), around 15 minutes' walk from the apartment. The new silent tramway or city bus routes will take you all over Nice itself for the tiny price of 1 Euro for a single ticket! Both bus and tram stops are to be found very close to the apartment.
