"We did have a wonderful time in Nice and the apartment was mostly wonderful. The location of the building and most of the apartment was great and very clean. However the heavily damaged toilet room was surprising as well as the quite dirty dishes, glasses, pot and pans found in the nice kitchen. We had to wash by hand a few pieces of cutlery, glasses and dishes for the week. Surprising because everything else was very clean. Also, the very early wake up call in the back rooms from the scaffolding company in the rear of the building prevented any sleep past 7:30! We did appreciate the welcome, on time, by Carlos and Nathalie. A part from a few surprising negatives, a very nice vacation.
