From the moment you enter this regal apartment, the sheer elegance and sophistication of its time is overwhelming. Situated in a former private palace, the apartment offers an incredible 182m2 of space, impressive high ceilings, beautiful arched entranceways and a stylish mix of antique and modern décor.
The living room is particularly gorgeous, and was in fact the former ballroom of this private residence. It overlooks the leafy boulevard of the prestigious Victor Hugo, and is bathed in sun light all day. There is a cosy seating area and large flat screen television with satellite channels.
There is a semi-separated dining room, boasting the same period design features as the living area, as well as a beautiful Venetian mirror and a modern table setting for up to 6 guests.
The kitchen is completely renovated, but has retained an old world charm, with quality granite bench tops and a generous-sized, period-designed gas oven. There is a marble-top setting at the centre of the room for breakfasts and social cooking occasions.

The master bedroom has the same grandeur as the rest of the apartment, and features a king size bed and a majestic corner fireplace, next to which is a lovely little reading corner. The second bedroom also boasts a king-size bed and stylish furnishings.
There are two bathrooms, one with an antique-styled copper bathtub and slate tiles.
Surrounding the apartment are 10 half-balconies, each attached to striking floor-to-ceiling French doors.
