This is a stunning, first floor, corner apartment which has been newly renovated and refurbished with taste and luxury in mind. The belle epoque-style building itself is a former palace and is a listed historical monument. It is situated in the prestigious neighbourhood of the Carré d'Or, close to the Negresco, the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais as well as world class restaurants and designer stores.
The apartment is very spacious and has high ceilings, polished oak parquet floors throughout, chandeliers and period french furnishings in every room, central heating, double glazing and free Wifi. The living room is spacious and has beautiful, white double sofas and a classic French coffee table in front of the three large triple aspect windows.

There are three bedrooms; one masterbedroom, a doubleroom and a twinroom. The master bedroom is the largest and has an ensuite with both a bath and shower. The doubleroom is also very spacious and furnished with white, period furnishings and has a large feature white headboard. The twinroom is charming and ideal if travelling with children. It too has lovely period furnishings including a writing desk and chair. All the beds are dressed using luxury-standard Egyptian cotton linens plus all bedroom have alarm clocks. There are two bathrooms plus a WC. The first bathroom is ensuite with the main bedroom which has both a bath and shower. The second bathroom has a shower and a large vanity unit and mirror. The WC is located between the second and third bedrooms. All bathrooms are brand new, are fitted with high-standard fixtures and fitting and are fully tiled using beautiful cream porcelain tiles.
Take a stroll down the Promenade des Anglais with beaches and stunning Mediterranean views, do a little window shopping or maybe spoil yourself in the nearby designer stores, dine in style in world class restaurants and pavement cafés or jump on a train and visit Cannes, Monaco or anywhere your heart desires along the French and Italian Riviera.
