This apartment has parking at the rear of the building so you have easy access to either Nice or Villefranche within minutes.
From the kitchen there is a nice surprise, the apartment has a lovely enclosed green garden at the rear, a cool retreat from the summer sun, and very convenient for morning croissants and café.
You will spend your days and night gazing out over the blue while the sailboats and yachts drift elegantly by underneath.

"The apartment is in great condition, the view from the balcony is lovely. South facing so it gets the sun all day, plus there are extendable canopies for ensuring your covered while having some al fresco dining. Ideal location if you have a car for visiting Nice and the other villages along the Riviera. The only issue is that the buses only run until 21:00 and the walk from Nice or Villefranche is around 25 minutes uphill back to the apartment. Taxis are between €15 and €20 back to the apartment. Make sure you visit Eze, lovely little village with a great view."
