This luxury, one bedroom apartment, which won an interior design award in Marie Claire Interiors Magazine, is situated at the bottom of a quiet street in the hills overlooking the Bay of Nice in Mont Boron. The apartment is bright, warm and inviting with its unusual, modern meets vintage style.
The living area is open plan with stylish, contemporary furniture complimented with retro detailing and punctuated by intense shots of colour. The kitchen is also very modern with all kitchen appliances hidden discreetly away behind doors and cupboards. All tableware and utensils are provided. The grey tones of the kitchen surfaces are lifted by the contemporary decor and continues right out onto the terrace which has wonderful, large and bright, exotic plantlife.
The terrace area is decked beautifully with aged wood and shaped in a wave-like pattern. There is a second dining area with an overhead canopy should you care to dine outdoors. The garden is well kept with large potted, exotic plants and the views from here are spectacular over the Bay of Nice.

The bedroom also opens out onto the garden and enjoys the same, stunning views. The mature oak floors, quirky decor and textured mix of fabrics all contribute to the cozy, warm environment bursting with character. The bathroom is just as interesting. The bath is quite large, the shower is top-of-the-line and even has a built-in mini hanging garden feature.
This garden-level apartment is certainly something special.
