This bright and sunny villa is the perfect retreat to avoid the noise and the briskness of the city. Located near the wooded parkland of Mont Boron and only ten minutes away from the city centre of Nice, this four-bedroom property offers lovely views of the Port, the Promenade des Anglais, the mountains and the sea.
Despite its close proximity to the city centre, Mont Boron is a quiet residential suburb of Nice that is known for its panorama of Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, St Jean Cap Ferrat and beyond. The tranquility and obvious beauty of Mont Boron have attracted many famous residents, one of them being Michael Flatley of Riverdance fame. But Mont Boron’s most treasured feature consists of the national parkland, which expands over 57 hectares, providing lovers of nature 11 kilometers of footpaths and a 17th Century fort to explore.
The villa’s interior design displays a palette of pastel tones and elegant furniture, giving the property an open and friendly feel. Throughout the ground level and the staircase, a sleek and exquisite marble floor adds a modern touch to the villa. The large living room is decorated with the very best of De Tonge furniture and the French windows, which open onto the pool and the veranda, welcome the natural sunlight.
The charming and fully equipped provincial Kitchen or the Barbecue invites guests to cook a meal that can be enjoyed in one of the three dining areas that the villa provides. The inside dining area can sit up to eight people and displays a superb collection of art works. In the summer time, the poolside marble veranda or the outside kitchen dining area, with its large set for al fresco dining and the Vine trellis overhead, can be an alternative, in order to savor the warm weather of the coast.
All four bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The Master bedroom, which houses a King-sized bed, is decorated in a Louis XVI style, creating a soft and comfortable atmosphere. It opens up to a spacious balcony, overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Sea and the Mountains.

The second bedroom has a King-sized bed and the third bedroom, a double bed. Both bedrooms two and three have built-in wardrobes and adjoin the sun room, which can be accessed through sliding doors through either bedroom. The airy and warm adjacent room has a view of the lovely plants in back garden, bestowing it with an idyllic and relaxing quality.
The fourth bedroom, which can also be used as a second living room, abuts the master bedroom and the upstairs balcony. It is equipped with a double sofa bed, TV and a DVD player. All the bedrooms share two bathrooms, one of which can be attained through the Master bedroom. The spacious marble bathroom provides a large walk in Jacuzzi shower, as well as a Jacuzzi bath, both of which can be enjoyed while admiring a great view of the Ocean through the grand porthole window.
High speed Internet access, a large plasma screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo are available for everyone’s pleasure. Furthermore, the swimming pool can be enjoyed during the summer periods to cool down, whereas the fire log can heat up some of the colder winter nights.
