This three bedroomed Nice Holiday Apartment is set in a great central location on Nice port, close to the old town for bars and restaurants and a short walk from the main shopping streets of Nice.
On the North side of the port it sits centre stage in a landmark building in Nice Port and is fully facing one of the most well known views of Nice town. South facing it is flooded with light and enjoys views from every one of it's elegant and tall shuttered windows.
The apartment is located in one of the traditional, period Nicois buildings that contribute to defining the façade of this pretty Mediterranean town. An imposing front door leads into the front hall, the marble stair case, worn by centuries of climbing feet, winds up to the apartment on the second floor.
The double front door opens into the centre of the apartment which occupies the entire front façade of this Nicois building and means that everyone of the soaring windows looks directly out over the Port and the glittering Mediterranean sea.
With full height double windows the apartment is flooded with light and air. The rooms are large and bright with tall 14ft ceilings adding to a sense of occasion. Delicate iron balustrades and shuttered windows bring the elegance of Nice architecture inside and form a picture perfect frame over the yachts in the marina.
The apartment is situated in the perfect location to explore the great restaurants around the Port, delve into the streets of the Old Town or shop in the famous Gallerie Lafayette in Nice's shopping district around Ave Jean Medicin. It is also close to the Acropolis for convention visitors, the Museum of Modern Art for art lovers and Nice beach for sun worshippers.

Nice Port is tucked between the famous Old Town of Nice and the hills of Mont Boron. It offers a more traditional and untouched view of a town that is increasingly aware of it's tourist heritage. Find typical Nicois cuisine in the restaurants and explore the back streets for a genuine Nice experience with interesting boutique shops, antiques in the flea market and quieter sea swimming en route to Mont Boron.

"Enjoyed our stay at the apartment which is a great size for a party of 6-8. Somewhat unusual in its layout with only the one small bathroom but it didn't prove a problem. We were warned that if you want peace and quiet - this is not the apartment and there is a good deal of traffic noise, which you get used to, but with no air conditioning the fans were necessary at night.
The only issue we had, which can be easily corrected, is the lack of cooking utensils. We made a salad one night which we served out of the frying pan and there was very little crockery. Easily rectified and overall great apartment and location."
"Very large apartment with an excellent location. I had a wonderful stay. The only downsides are that there is only one small bathroom (the bedrooms are huge) and it is noisy being right on the port. If you need quiet it is probably not for you, but I didn't have much of a problem."
"This is a ideal rental for conferences and exhibitions at the Acropolis Centre. The apartment is just about 10 mins walk away and has broadband internet and international TV news stations."
"Nice Port apartment is right in the centre of Nice Port in a landmark architectural building. It is a great location from which to explore the antique shops in the immediate surrounding area or to enjoy the comings and goings of the yachts in the marina.
There has been development in recent years with plenty more refurbishment on the way and you will find some excellent restaurants that have graced the port through the ages mixed with some new contenders in the port area.
It is busy, bustling and original. You will feel like you are part of the city when you stay here and you will see a very real side of the city rather than a polished Tourist picture. It is not for people looking for quiet and solitude.
A vast and stunning city centre apartment in the hub of things."
"Thank you for this fabulous apartment in this truly fabulous location. Nice Port really is the beating heart of this lovely city, we had a super time and we absolutely loved the apartment, thank you again."
