The sitting room is large square central room that forms the heart of this Nice apartment.

Furnished with two huge low slung white leather sofas, armchairs, soft coloured cushions and original artwork decorating the walls, the effect is to enhance the height and space and carries the echoes of an artists atelier or gallery space.

The second bedroom is to the right of the sitting room as you enter the apartment. It is also a large spacious bedroom with a four poster bed and sofa that folds out into a large single bed and wonderful tall, shuttered windows that open out onto the Port view.

Bedroom three is an equally large bed room with a four poster bed, dividing shelving unit for storage, a large desk and chair and a modern sofa that folds out into an ample sized single bed. The rooms are fresh, simple and airy with lots of space. High ceilings, double doored, shuttered windows, oak flooring throughout give it a modern and stylish look.

There is a large office desk and chair in bedroom 3 that is suitable for setting up a Laptop or using as office space during your stay.
