The Port of Nice is filled with a variety of vessels, from magnificent yachts to small fishing boats. Adjacent are some of the best restaurants and cafés in Nice, including Ma Nolans Irish bar, Le Barque Bleu and La Reserve.
The Old Town is a short 10 minute walk, while there is a small beach less than 300 metres from the apartment.
The apartment was renovated in 2007 and is in perfect condition. An open kitchen extends to the living area, which in turn leads onto a balcony, where one can glimpse the sea to the South.
The balcony is ideal for morning coffee or evening wine Al Fresco. The floors are original wood, while the ceilings are quite high, as is typical with buildings in Nice from the early 20th century. A modern kitchen offers guests the opportunity to cook and eat in, should the local bars and restaurants not suffice.
